The Hair Design Clinic (HDC) is a specialist hair loss clinic based in central London offering a range of hair loss solutions for men and women.
The brief
Yellow Hats were asked to create a new website to help inform new and existing customers about the specialist service the Hair Design Clinic (HDC) can provide and to ultimately make it easier for them to book and to set up initial client meetings with the Hair Design Clinic (HDC) experts.
The Solution
After undertaking initial market research we realised that the industry was shrouded in mystery and that we needed to create relevant, sensitive, up-to-date and informative content for potential and existing customers.
We created a selection of strong case studies so that potential clients could see exactly what services are available to help them and to further understand the service and expertise the Hair Design Clinic (HDC) offer their customers.
The Success
We deliberately displayed prominent calls to action on every page to communicate the fact that help to their particular hair loss problem was just a click away.
The site was designed to be very search engine friendly and over 75% of visitors came from organic search. We concentrated on specialist keywords and the website now tops organic searches on several search engines for selected keywords.
Since launch the site has generated 100’s of leads for the business and has lead ultimately to a greater number of online bookings and initial meetings with the specialist HDC clinical staff.
